SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
That our Customers / Clients understand that we charge our customers based on the estimated hours spent and should not be assumed for task accomplishment. Our charges are based on hours spent on your project irrespective of whether the task is completed or not. It is always possible that any task may go unaccomplished due to various reasons like Service limitations, this is however less likely as our developers are a team of highly experienced professionals who has vast experience in the domain that they work on. We recommend our clients prepare a process document that describes the whole process flow in great detail along with a flow chart in order to avoid further confusion in estimating the projected hours hence we can estimate the correct hours so we can finish the project with no further confusion. We render our services to the best of our capabilities and try our best to accomplish what our Clients look to achieve, however, it is often possible that we are left helpless in achieving certain tasks due to limitations in the software that we deal with. In such a scenario, we come up with the best alternative workaround or recommendations as per industry standards. We always strive to hire the best expertise in the industry and try our best to accomplish what our Clients look to achieve, however, the same cannot be taken for granted. Any requests that are not part of the original approved plan (list of Tasks) would be considered change requests or new requests and would be billed extra for the extra efforts that we will be taking irrespective of whether it is a mandatory instance or a feature based on your process requirements. In order to avoid such a scenario, we advise our customers to make sure they receive and approve a copy of the original project plan before accepting any proposal and going ahead with the proposed implementation. This is to avoid any future complications.
To be more precise, our charges are solely for the efforts that we spend on your requirement and should not be considered as a guarantee in fulfilling your requirement.
Our priority has always been to serve in the best interest of our customers and b we always advise our customers to stay aware of the complexities involved in any implementation/ system integration process in order to avoid any future conflict of interest.
Our Developers are highly skilled professionals and It is possible that our developers are always not in line with what our customer's requirements are and this affects the outcome of the project. In such scenarios, customers should ensure that the developer has understood their requirement and are completely in line with the developer. In case of any such event of miscommunication, the customer should fully compensate Techtron Services for the time & effort our developers will be putting into finding a perfect solution for you. In such scenarios, we always suggest you make the best use of the initial consultation and ask our consultants/developers to listen to your requirement patiently and also give them back a patient hearing of what solution they have for you.
Our developers are experts in referring to tutorials and going thru documentation that is necessary that may involve third-party integrations and you understand that we put in our efforts in doing the same and any such efforts must be compensated by our clients irrespective of whether the goal is achieved or not.
Clients are expected to document their own workflow and have the same check for feasibility with us before agreeing to work together on a project.
We will be responsible only for the task that will be shared with you and any extra task would be charged extra based on the efforts required
You should have a clear idea of all the tasks that will be carried out and please ask for detailed documentation.
You are advised not to rely on assumptions and be clear about the deliverables.
We will be providing you services within the limitations of our skillset. Our charges are based on the effort that we take in working to achieve your goals and should not be considered as a guarantee to achieve what you are looking for. To be more precise, we will be charging you for every hour that we would spend on your project starting from discussions, documentation, implementation, post-implementation training, and support.
At no point in time, it should be considered or assumed that we are providing new services on the guarantee of deliverables. Our services are more focused on the consultation time and the effort in hours that we spend for you.
We appreciate our client’s patience and time and the amount of trust that you put into us and we assure you we will not leave any stone unturned and we will work in the best interest of your organization.
We shall not entertain any request that is out of scope and is not documented and shared with you based on assumptions.
No dispute shall be entertained claiming any work that has been not completed as mentioned in the scope of the work and you are expected to accept the limitations both on the sides of our resources and any/third-party applications.
It may be noted, that we would require you to tag your services with us before initiating any sort of consultation. This is to ensure our time & efforts are not wasted when the discussion breaks anywhere in between.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment terms are 100 % in advance for hourly consultations (a Minimum of 1 hour needs to be billed ) and 100% advance before starting milestone payments for projects that are custom quoted to you, and we accept milestone payments only based on the milestones that will be shared with you before the engagement for or any implementation process. If milestone payments are not agreed upon, we shall accept 100% of the quoted amount to be paid in full. No refunds will be entertained after the start of a project as we invest sufficient time and money in planning and executing the scheduled tasks as per the scope agreed upon.
Assumptions and Exclusions for IT Consultation Services:
Assumptions:
1. Access to necessary information: It is assumed that the client will provide the IT consultant with access to relevant information, including current infrastructure details, system documentation, and business requirements, to facilitate accurate and effective IT consultation.
2. Stakeholder availability: It is assumed that key stakeholders and decision-makers will be available for consultations and discussions as needed throughout the engagement, to provide input, clarify requirements, and make informed decisions.
3. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements: It is assumed that the client will ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT systems and processes, and provide necessary information on any specific compliance requirements.
4. Adequate budget and resources: It is assumed that the client has allocated sufficient budget and resources to engage in IT consultation services, including personnel, hardware, software, and other necessary resources required to implement recommended solutions.
5. Timely feedback and collaboration: It is assumed that the client will provide timely feedback and actively collaborate with the IT consultant to address queries, review deliverables, and make necessary adjustments during the consultation process.
6. Appropriate decision-making authority: It is assumed that the client has the necessary decision-making authority to implement recommended solutions or take actions based on the IT consultant's advice, within the defined scope of the engagement.
Exclusions:
1. Implementation and deployment: The IT consultation services do not include the actual implementation or deployment of recommended solutions or systems. The responsibility for implementing the proposed changes lies with the client, either internally or through third-party vendors.
2. Custom software development: The IT consultation services do not encompass custom software development or coding activities. The client will need to engage with software developers or development teams separately if custom software solutions are required.
3. Procurement of hardware and software: The IT consultation services do not include the procurement of hardware or software licenses. The client is responsible for acquiring the necessary hardware and software based on the recommendations provided by the IT consultant.
4. Ongoing maintenance and support: The IT consultation services do not cover ongoing maintenance or support of implemented solutions. The client will be responsible for managing the maintenance and support processes or engaging relevant service providers.
5. Operational responsibilities: The IT consultation services do not transfer operational responsibilities to the IT consultant. The client remains responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, including user support, system administration, and security management.
6. Legal and financial advice: IT consultation services do not provide legal or financial advice. The client should seek appropriate legal or financial expertise when dealing with matters requiring specialized knowledge outside the scope of IT consultation.
